Woman Beaten Into Coma By Husband While Fighting Over TV Remote Control In Ondo
A 56-year-old man, Mr. Moses Olapade, has reportedly beaten his wife, Tinuke, into a coma while the couple were fighting over a television remote control.
The incident was said to have been recorded at their residence in Oke-Aro Community , Akure, the state capital.
Olopade reportedly returned from a trip on the fateful day and wanted to watch a programme on the television and his wife’s refusal to give him the TV remote control so he could choose his preferred channel caused the argument.
Olopade, who is also a truck driver, reportedly began to rain blows on Tinuke and she fell into a coma.
When contacted, spokesperson for the state Police command, Mrs. Funmilayo Odunlami said the matter was yet to be reported at the police station.
