2026 Osun Guber: TICC Says Accord Party Campaign Kickoff ‘ll Hold In Osogbo Next Tomorrow, Urges Support For Gov Adeleke’s Re-election Bid
Ahead of the August 15, 2026 gubernatorial election in Osun State, The Imole Campaign Council (TICC) has announced plans by the Accord Party to hold its campaign kickoff in Osogbo on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, while noting that the event will mark the beginning of the journey to consolidate the achievements of the Governor Ademola Adeleke administration in three and a half years and also highlight plans for future progress and development of Osun State.
Governor Ademola Adeleke ,who is the Accord Party gubernatorial candidate, is seeking re-election and his campaign organization is called ‘The Imole Campaign Council (TICC)’.
A statement issued by TICC noted that the event will also feature the unveiling of the updated 5-point agenda of the Governor Ademola Adeleke administration.
‘The event which will hold at the Freedom Park, Osogbo, the state capital, at 10am, will bring together political leaders, stakeholders, party faithful and citizens from across the state to restate their resolve to sustain the current path of developments and build a more prosperous Osun State.
Under the campaign theme ‘Imole Carry On Accordingly’, the event will feature the unveiling of the updated 5-point agenda, highlighting key priorities for the next term, which includes the Integrated Youth, Women and Worker’s Welfare and Empowerment, Infrastructure Consolidation for Citizens’ Social and Economic Wellbeing, Agro-Industrial Expansion for Human Development and Collective Prosperity, Affordable, Qualitative Health and Education Access, and Improved and Secure Business Environment for Job Creation’ Rep Bamidele Salam, who is the Chairman, Media And Publicity Committee of TICC, submitted in a statement he issued in Osogbo and made available to Team@orentactualmags.com on Sunday.

The event, the statement added, will also feature the formal endorsement of Governor Adeleke for second term by Workers’ Unions, Groups, Artisan bodies, associations and organizations as well as the grand reception and defection ceremony of over 10,000 APC and ADC defectors.
TICC noted that members of other political parties will also be formally received into Accord Party by the governor and other party bigwigs at the event. The statement also urged continued support for the current administration in the state and the governor’s re-election bid.
