2027: Kwara ADC Guber Candidate Leads Delegation To Dumagi On Grassroots Mobilization Tour
In a strategic move to deepen its connection with the electorate, the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Kwara State chapter, took its ongoing statewide grassroots engagement tour to Edu Local Government on Sunday, September 13, 2026.
The ADC delegation led by the party’s gubernatorial candidate, Hon. Zakari Mohammed, also paid homage to the Village Head of Dumagi, Shonga, Alhaji Subaru Alhassan, at his palace.
The visit was designed to honor traditional leadership while also paving the way for direct community dialogue and offering the party’s leadership a firsthand understanding of the pressing needs, core concerns, and long-term aspirations of the people living in Dumagi and its neighboring communities.
Kwara North ADC senate candidate, Hon Bala Usman was also a member of the delegation.
Addressing the community leaders, Hon. Zakari Mohammed reaffirmed the party’s unwavering commitment to inclusive governance, citizen participation, and grassroots-driven community development promising that an ADC-led administration will prioritize a government that actively listens and responds to the yearnings of the ordinary citizens.
The warm hospitality and productive discussions between members of the community and the delegation marked a significant milestone for the party’s campaign efforts while reinforcing the growing bond between the ADC and electors in Kwara State. As the 2027 general election draws near, the party has continued to anchor its vision on unity, shared prosperity, and a truly people-centered Kwara State.
