Group Congratulates Ex-Ondo Speaker, Taofeeq Abdulsalam, On Becoming CCB Board Member

The Ikare- Akoko Awareness Group, IAG, on Wednesday sent a message of congratulations to Hon Taofeeq Olawale Abdulsalam on being sworn in as member of the board of the Code of Conduct Bureau, CCB in Abuja.
The group in a joint statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com by Wola Ayanlola, Faruq Muhammad and Prince Tunde Aidi, who are Chairman, Secretary and Publicity Secretary respectively, expressed confidence that Hon Abdulsalam would do his best in his new responsibility being a great Nigerian that had not only exemplified but had also abundantly demonstrated that ‘he is deeply committed to the Nigeria project’ through transformational leadership and good governance in his past responsibilities.

IKG also added that Hon Abdulsalam had proved himself as a principled person , who has shown integrity and honesty, and had ensured fairness and justice in his dealings with everyone.
The group commended Hon Abdulsalam for doing Ikare-Akoko proud while urging him to keep up the good work .
It will be recalled that President Muhammadu Buhari sworn in five new members of the Board of the Code of Conduct Bureau, CCB at the council chamber, State House, Abuja before the commencement of the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting on Wednesday.
While Hon Taofeek Abdulsalam, a barrister- at-law, would be representing , South West, others are Murtala Kankia from Katsina state (North-West); Zephaniah Bulus from Nasarawa state (North Central); Farouk Umar from Yobe state (North East); and Prof. Juwaria Badamasi from Kogi state (North Central).
Hon Taofeeq Olawale Abdulsalam served as Speaker, Ondo state House of Assembly during the Olusegun Agagu administration.
He also at different times served as Senior Special Assistant on Legislative Matters and Commissioner for Works and Transport during Governor Rotimi Akeredolu’s first term-Team@orientactualmags.com
