Ganduje, Wife, Minister-Designate, Others Joke About Withdrawal Of Maryam Shetty’s Nomination

  A video  that had the APC National Chairman, Alhaji Abdulahi Ganduje, his wife, Hafsat , a minister-designate,  Dr Mariya Mairiga Mahmud Bunkure , and others joking about  the withdrawal of Maryam Shetty’s  nomination by President Bola Tinubu  has surfaced online.

Maryam, who  was nominated as minister by President Tinubu,  had her nomination withdrawn by the president on Friday sequel to a letter sent to the senate for this purpose.

Maryam Shetty, who was at the National Assembly complex for confirmation hearing on Friday , was shocked to hear that her nomination has been withdrawn.

 Team@orientactualmags.com learned that she had arrived  at the NASS Complex at about 10.40am  and had exchanged pleasantries with the people unaware of what laid in store for her.

Maryam’s replacement, Dr Mariya Mahmoud Bunkure,  is said to  be Amina Ganduje’s friend. Amina is Alhaji Ganduje’s daughter.

 In a viral video , there was shared laughter as Ganduje ,  his wife, Hafsat,  Bunkure and  some women discussed  the issue of ‘cabinet nominee’ from Kano state.

 ‘The head has now fit the cap’, a woman, whose face was not seen in the video in question, said in Hausa language.

‘When we heard that they brought one Maryam, Maryam who? she asked and another person voluntarily provided answer and said  ‘Shetty’.
