Former Kwara State Commissioner for Youth and Sports, Hon Kale Ayo, a pharmacist, has extended warm felicitations to a revered elder statesman and community icon, Alhaji LAK Jimoh, on the occasion of his birthday.

Alhaji LAK Jimoh, who is popularly called ‘Alhaji White’, is widely respected for his simplicity, exemplary leadership style, and mastery of both English and Yoruba languages.
He turns 85 today, Wednesday, November 26, 2025.
Hon Kale Ayo described the birthday celebrant as a seasoned linguist, a repository of knowledge, and a highly cerebral personality whose contributions to scholarship and public service remain invaluable to Kwara State and Nigeria at large.
He further praised Alhaji LAK Jimoh’s enduring legacy of mentorship, integrity, and service, noting that his impact transcends politics and community boundaries while acknowledging his consistent role as a bridge-builder, advocate of good governance, and a father figure to many.
