In Pictures: Saraki Visits Shaaba Lafiaji At His Abuja Residence
Former Senate President and a one-time governor of Kwara State, Dr Abubakar Bukola Saraki on Monday visited one of his predecessors, Alhaji Mohammed Shaaba Lafiaji at his residence in Abuja.
Alhaji Mohammed Shaaba Lafiaji served as governor of Kwara State from January 1992 to November 1993 and he later represented Kwara North in the senate between 2011 and 2019.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned that the former Senate President commented on the visit in a Facebook post on Monday while noting that he holds Alhaji Mohammed Shaaba Lafiaji in ‘very high regard’.
‘I spent some time earlier today with the former Governor of Kwara State, a man I hold in very high regard, Sen. Mohammed Shaaba Lafiagi, at his home in Abuja.
It was good to see him in good health and high spirits.
I pray Almighty Allah (SWT) continues to bless him with strength, sound health, and many more years of grace and wisdom’ he submitted.
