Ijesha South Reps Seat: ‘Consensus Candidate’ Sanya Omirin Thanks APC Members, Stakeholders For Their Support
Hon Olusanya Emmanuel Omirin, a one-time commissioner at the Revenue Mobilization Allocation and Fiscal Commission (RMAFC), and a former local government chairman, who currently represents Ijesha South in the House of Representatives, has emerged as APC ‘consensus candidate’ for the 2027 reps election in the federal constituency.
The federal lawmaker in a statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com on Saturday thanked party members, leaders and stakeholders in Ijesha North federal constituency, Osun State for their support noting that he considers his emergence as ‘consensus candidate’ as ‘a call to serve with even greater dedication and humility’.
‘I am deeply honoured and sincerely grateful to the leadership and members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for the confidence reposed in me through my emergence as the Consensus Candidate of our great party for the House of Representatives election in Ijesa South Federal Constituency.
This development is not just a personal milestone, but a reflection of our shared commitment to unity, progress, and purposeful representation. I sincerely appreciate our party leaders, stakeholders, elders, youth, women, and loyal supporters whose trust, encouragement, and unwavering belief in our collective vision made this possible.
