Speaker Danladi’s Emergence As APC Guber Candidate ‘ll Promote Inclusion In Kwara Politics-Rep Ahmed Saba

A member of the House of Representatives, Dr. Ahmed Adamu Saba has commended Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq and President Bola Tinubu for the role they played in the emergence of Speaker Yakubu Danladi-Salihu as Kwara State APC gubernatorial candidate.

Rt. Hon Danladi is currently the Speaker of Kwara State House of Assembly.

Rep Ahmed Saba, who is the Ajiya Shonga, in a statement made available to Team@oretactualags.com  described Governor AbdulRazaq as a true leader who means well for the people citing his administration’s landmarks achievements across all sectors of the economy which, he noted, are having maximum positive impacts on the people.

He also commended the governor for supporting the ‘zoning’ of APC governorship nomination to Kwara north. 

Hon Saba, who represents Edu/Moro/Patigi federal constituency, Kwara State, called Speaker Danladi’s emergence as APC guber candidate a welcome development and a historic achievement for the people of Kwara north, noting that it has further strengthened their sense of belonging and also helped to promote inclusion in Kwara politics.

The federal lawmaker, who is the Chairman of Belgium-Nigeria Parliamentary Friendship Group, also expressed gratitude to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu while noting that Speaker Danladi’s emergence as Kwara State APC guber candidate is a clear demonstration of his commitment to fairness, inclusiveness, and equitable representation. 

Hon Saba, who is also the Deputy Chairman, Committee on Judiciary, Pension and National Assembly Matters, House of Representatives, expressed confidence in the ability of Speaker Danladi to consolidate on the achievements of Governor AbdulRazaq and further develop not only the Kwara north, but the entire state.

The lawmaker also joined the traditional rulers, APC leaders, and other stakeholders across Kwara State in declaring support for Speaker Daladi’s emergence as APC guber candidate noting that the recognition that has been accorded Kwara north has rekindled hope among the people and reinforced their confidence in the president’s leadership.

‘It gives the people of Kwara north a greater sense of belonging in Kwara politics. We believe this opportunity will inspire more progress, unity, and development across the region’ Hon. Saba said.

He expressed confidence that Kwara North will continue to contribute positively to the growth and advancement of the state, adding that the senatorial district is prepared to justify the confidence reposed in it through dedicated service and support for good governance.

Hon. Saba congratulated Speaker Danladi on getting nominated for governor while urging him to remain committed to excellence, integrity, and the collective interest of the people.
