Saraki Gifts Ilorin Chief Imam Brand-New Jeep During Congratulatory Visit To His Residence
Former Senate President, Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki arrived in Ilorin, the Kwara State capital, on Wednesday and proceeded straight to the residence of Sheikh Muhammed Bashir Dasuki to congratulate him on his appointment and turbanning as Chief Imam of Ilorin.
A statement made available to Team@orentactualmags.com by Dr Saraki’s media aide, Mr Abdulkadir Abdulganiyu noted that the former Senate President presented a brand-new jeep, a Toyota Land Cruiser, to Sheikh Muhammed Bashir Dasuki during the congratulatory visit.
‘In addition to the vehicle, Dr. Saraki also donated assorted gift items and a generous cash donation running into millions of naira in support of the Chief Imam and his activities.
The Chief Imam expressed profound appreciation for the thoughtful gestures, describing them as a demonstration of Saraki’s enduring respect for the Ilorin Emirate and its religious institutions. He offered heartfelt prayers for Dr. Saraki asking Almighty Allah to continue to guide, protect, and bless him.
The revered Islamic leader also prayed for the Kwara State PDP governorship candidate, Engr.
