2026 Osun Guber: Senator Fadahunsi Receives Flak For Issuing ‘Death Fatwah’ Against Accord Party Members
Senator Francis Adenigba Fadahunsi, who represents Osun East in the senate, has found himself in the crosshairs of members, supporters and leaders of Accord Party in Osun State after making ‘fight fire with fire’ comments.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned that the senator, who is an APC bigwig, had in a viral video alleged that Accord Party political thugs have been attacking and killing members of his party in Ilesa with women whose faces were not seen in the video saying ten people have allegedly been killed in one day.
Another woman said the news of the death of another person had just been announced, while some said in Ijesha dialect that ‘e si piisi mo’ meaning in English ‘there is no peace anymore’.
Addressing APC members and supporters, Senator Francis Fadahunsi pronounced ‘death fatwah’ on Accord Party members and this has drawn criticism.
‘If I hear any Accord in Ilesa here, if we see them from now until the election day, it is death’ he had submitted in the viral video while accusing a man he called ‘Solomon’ of leading Accord Party political thugs to kill APC members.
He also called him a serial killer and declared him ‘wanted’.
‘Well, ehn, we didn’t tell you we will be coming, we had thought people who were bringing their message and those who had listened to them are respected people, have you seen things clearly now or not?
Please, tell Kabiesi that he is not Kabiesi of Accord Party or APC but rather the Owa Obokun of Ijesha land. But for some of the chiefs who have compromised and are supporting Accord Party, Ijesha will not accept them, Iam saying it with authority that extension of Ede family is not Ijesha land and anyone who carries Ede matters on his head is cursed.
It is about Solomon, Elere attacked people in Idokan and Ilowa , Elere was arrested but Kabiesi ensured his release , you labeled us kidnapper, you have not seen kidnapper at all, we are saying it in front of the palace with the authority of the Ijesha people, we cannot look the other way while they continue to kill our people like animals .
Solomon and his family are declared wanted, any king, chief or resident who harbours Solomon should consider himself or herself dead.
Solomon has become a serial killer through his patron, IBK they all came here they presented themselves as human beings but we told you that they are animals not human beings , they are killing your people.
It is now an eye for an eye, anything for anything, let us go and talk to our people and I know wherever Kabiesi is now he will be listening I plead with you because Election Day is just 4 days away.
If we hear of any Accord Party member here in Ilesa, how many has APC killed? Is it not our people that are being killed?
