Believers In Our Party’s Ideals Better Positioned To Work For President Tinubu’s Re-election-Osun APC

Ahead of the 2027 presidential election, Osun State APC submitted on Tuesday that believers in the party’s ideals are better positioned to truly work for President Bola Tinubu’s re-election in the State of the Living Spring.

The party in a statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com by its spokesman, Chief Kola Olabisi on Tuesday noted that the state APC chairman, Sooko Tajudeen Lawal said this during the ‘stakeholder meeting’ held by the party at the state Secretariat, Osogbo, on Monday.

Promising that all hands will be on deck for President Tinubu’s re-election, he also disclosed that the state APC has gotten an effective and all-embracing campaign committee for the president’s re-election ready adding that all the critical stakeholders in the state APC have resolved to work collectively through the powerful presidential campaign committee that will be inaugurated soon.

The leadership of the party, he noted, cannot afford to handle the upcoming presidential election with levity, adding that it would profit the party and the candidate better if all the groups work under the umbrella of the party in the state.

The state working committee of the party will according to him work in tandem with the highest ruling body of the party in the state, Agba Osun, in order to achieve the targeted shared objective of President Tinubu’s re-election.

Any individual or group of people who are desirous to work for President Tinubu’s re-election should according to him team up with the leadership of the party in the state submitting that the party would not allow any parallel approach to the planned coordinated efforts of ensuring the president’s re-election.

Lawal urged all the stakeholders, members and supporters of the party to put the unsavoury outcome of the governorship election held on August 15, 2026 behind them and take a fresh resolve for President Tinubu’s re-election.

He expressed his gratitude to all the stakeholders in the state APC for their efforts in garnering over 444,000 organic votes for the governorship candidate of the party, Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji AMBO, during the governorship election in question.

Lawal urged members of the state APC  who are secretly working against the interest of the party to desist from doing so reminding them of the wrath of God should they continue in such ‘an inglorious act’.

The statement added that some of the stakeholders in the party, who took turns to speak during the meeting made a common plea to all the members and supporters of the party to work assiduously for President Tinubu’s re-election.

The stakeholders in their separate speeches emphasized the need for the APC members and supporters to work diligently for electoral victory of National and state Houses of Assembly candidates for the sustainability of the party.
