Court Declares Okorocha Rightful Winner Of Imo West APC Senate Primary, Invalidates Gov Uzodinma’s Candidacy
Justice Obiora Egwuatu of the Federal High Court , Abuja, on Thursday, declared Senator Rochas Okorocha the rightful winner of the Imo West APC senate primary held on May 18, 2026. Consequently, the judge ordered Governor Hope Uzodinma to stop presenting himself as the party’s candidate.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned that Justice Egwuatu issued the order after establishing that ample evidence proved that the current governor of Imo State did not win the May 18 primary election which was conducted by the APC and monitored by INEC.
The judge added that Rochas Okorocha won the majority of the votes cast during the primary in question and should be declared the winner.
