Principal of ENACT, who is also the Director General of APC Campaign Council (Kwara South), Engineer Nurudeen Adeyemi Balogun, has heartily congratulated the president of a Socio-Cultural Group, Omo Ibile Igbomina , Sir Bisi Fakayode, on the occasion of his birthday.
