Kwara: Sponsored Attack ‘ll Not Deter Me, I’ll Continue To Deliver ‘Quality Representation’- Rep Ahmed Saba

Rep Ahmed Adam Saba, who represents Edu/ Moro/ Patigi federal constituency in the House of Representatives, has condemned what he described as a ‘sponsored’ assault on his life at an event in Tsaragi, Edu local government, Kwara State on Tuesday while submitting that such an unruly act will not deter him as he will continue to deliver ‘quality representation’.

Rep Ahmed Saba in a statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com on Wednesday noted that it is inconceivable that political enemies could sponsor an attack on his life while he was about to leave the venue of the event in question.

He noted that whoever is passionate about serving the people will not act in a crude way or descend so low as to send thugs to attack a political figure in order to intimidate him or her because the sky is vast enough for all birds to fly without colliding and everyone is free to have political aspirantions.

Rep Saba noted that it’s only the almighty Allah Who gives power to people while adding that sending political thugs to attack him will not deter him as his unflinching desire to continue to deliver dividends of democracy to the people of his constituency remains ‘undiluted’.

‘Nobody can intimidate me in any way, I’m not a pushover in politics, whoever is thinking along that direction should forget it’ he said.

The federal lawmaker also said his life is in the safe hands of Almighty Allah, and that nobody can take it except with His permission.
