Kwara South APC senate candidate, Prince Olalekan Adewoye on Tuesday visited the General Hospital, Ilorin during which he donated the sum of N1 million to enhance patient care at the health facility.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned that two people also specially benefited from Prince Olalekan Adewoye’s benevolence and kindness as he cleared their medical bills.
The two patients in question had outstanding medical bills and the Kwara South APC senate candidate demonstrated altruism and caring disposition by offsetting the N3.8 million medical bills.
It was a donation that brought a profoundly joyful atmosphere and the patients, their families, and staff of the hospital expressed profound gratitude to Prince Olalekan Adewoye while fervently praying that God will continue to bless him and replenish his pocket.
In his remarks, Prince Olalekan Adewoye prayed for inpatients at the hospital, asking God to grant them divine healing from above, perfect health and speedy recovery so as to reunite with their families soon.
He noted that true leadership and genuine wealth are measured not by personal possessions, but by the positive impact they make on the lives of the less privileged, particularly in critical sectors such as healthcare.
Prince Adewoye emphasized that extending compassion and support to those in need is a fundamental responsibility of every leader committed to the well-being of society.
