A resident of Kano, Hafsatu Yusuf, has died after giving birth to five babies.
Health authorities said the cause of her death is postpartum hemorrhage.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned that Janazah (Islamic funeral prayer) had since been held for Hafsatu , who had the delivery at Murtala Muhammad Specialist Hospital, Kano.
The janazah was held for her at her residence in Hotoro, Kano.
Spokesperson for Kano State Ministry of Health, Nabilusi Abubakar K/Na’isa disclosed that Hadsatu died at the hospital at about 2am.
The babies, three boys and two girls are in stable condition and are currently receiving medical attention at the aforementioned hospital.
