2027: NACLFON Launches ‘Operation Go For 50’, Discloses Plans To Mobilize 9 Million Christian Voters For President Tinubu

Ahead of the 2027 presidential election, National Coordinator of the National APC Christian Leaders Forum of Nigeria (NACLFON), Professor Olanrewaju Abraham, has launched an ambitious electoral mobilisation initiative called ‘Operation Go for 50’ aimed at mobilising 9.8 million Christian voters in support of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s re-election bid

Professor Abraham, who hails from Kwara State, noted in a statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com that the organization is committed to providing a formidable grassroots electoral structure for the APC presidential candidate while adding that with active structures in all the 36 states of the federation and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), NACLFON plans to achieve this target by mobilizing 50 committed executive members at every level of the organization—from the National Executive down to the Ward Executive.

In a memorandum titled ‘Operation Go for 50’ which has been circulated across NACLFON’s geopolitical zones, the National Coordinator emphasized that the initiative combines disciplined grassroots mobilisation with Christian values, integrity, and responsible civic engagement.

Professor Abraham, who is the Vice-Chancellor of HBI University, Florida, United States of America, noted that a detailed analysis of each state’s voter mobilisation potential will strengthen NACLFON’s national electoral strategy while directing all Zonal Coordinators to submit comprehensive reports on their mobilisation plans through their respective state structures.

He also said the exercise is vital for effective planning and vote mobilisation for President Tinubu.

Explaining the significance of the initiative, Professor Abraham said:

‘This exercise is essential for strategic planning. It will enable us to accurately assess our strengths, identify areas requiring improvement, and prepare effectively for the forthcoming elections.

This analysis demonstrates NACLFON’s tremendous grassroots mobilisation potential. With proper coordination, commitment, and support, we believe we have the capacity to mobilise over nine million votes for Mr President in the next general election’.

According to him, NACLFON plans to mobilize 9.8 million supporters for President Tinubu by strategically deploying 50 NACLFON members to each of Nigeria’s approximately 196,000 polling units. 

With the country’s 8,890 wards, NACLFON, he added, intends to strategically mobilise committed members across polling units nationwide with the ultimate goal of delivering approximately 9.8 million votes for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Professor Abraham further stressed that, in pursuing this objective, NACLFON members must remain guided by the organization’s core principles, which emphasize respect for the dignity and rights of supporters of every political party.

He also urged members across the country to reject intimidation, refrain from spreading fake news or misinformation, respect lawful authority, comply with electoral laws, and cooperate fully with electoral officials and security agencies throughout the electoral process.
