Gov Abdulrazaq Commended As Vulnerable Women Receive 300 5kg Semovita In Edun Community

Kwara State Government has restated its commitment to improving the welfare of citizens at grassroots level, citing its recent intervention programme aimed at easing things for vulnerable people in Edun Community and other parts of the state.
A statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com noted that Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq’s Special Assistant on Political Matters (Central), Prince Abdulkadir Saikai, supervised the distribution of 300 5kg semovita to elderly and vulnerable women in the area on Tuesday, describing the gesture of goodwill as part of the Abdulrazaq administration’s efforts to combat hunger and promote inclusive support.
Prince Saikai emphasized that the initiative complements the recent Ramadan Iftar dinner programme organized for men, adding that the state government is committed to ensuring equitable support across gender lines.
‘This intervention is a clear reflection of our balanced approach to welfare. We are here to make sure that no one is left behind in the fight against hunger’ he said.
In his remarks, Alhaji Ayinla Eleran, who is the Magaji Akanni of Edun community, lauded Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq for identifying with the grassroots through sustained empowerment and food support programmes. He added that the impacts of such initiatives are visible and meaningful in the daily lives of residents.
