Alleged Unpaid Debt:  Davido Finally Replies  Dammy Krane , Recalls Saving Him From Homelessness In US

Matters that have to do with ‘Pere’, a single  that  featured American hip-hop stars, Rea Sremmurd and Young Thug, which was released by Mr. David Adeleke aka  Davido in 2017, was brought to the fore on Tuesday and it had since remained a topical issue.

The drama  had started in September  2022,  when Singer Oyindamola Emmanuel, popularly called Dammy Krane tweeted to accuse Daviodo of owing him and refusing to ‘settle’ him.

He had  begun by sending  a warning message ‘All my rich guys wey dey owe me money, today na Monday o. Abi make we bring am come ‘The Supreme High Twitter Court’ #Eshe’  he wrote.

Oyindamola Emmanuel had  followed this up with  a message and added a picture of Davido  that was taken in 2017 .

 ‘Shout out to @dammy_krane!! Co-wrote the hook of ‘PERE’ with me!!”

My Blooda @davido, run the check. I don reach out to people over the years based on split sheet & outstanding, no response. We no gats dey get this convo here’ he wrote.

‘I know it is hard for Rich people to pay debts but #davido if not for my sake Blooda, Pay me my money at least because of my daughter’s sake (your niece if at all) school fees no easy for Naija now o, na everybody dey try secure their future. Na money we want no be wahala o.

Let’s not forget #davido you took Idowest from my record label, I didn’t talk because I saw you as a brother, neither did I drag the artiste (cos I had done my part to help him). Genuinely I want to know why you don’t want to pay me for a song you tweeted that I wrote after all’ Dammy Krane  submitted on Tuesday.

Team@orientactualmags.com learned that Davido, has this time around responded to  Oyindamola Emmanuel’s allegations submitting  that he had never received compensation for the three verses he contributed to the chap’s song nine years ago.

Davido also recalled how he saved Dammy from  homelessness  in Atlanta’.

‘I never got paid for that also my 3 verses I’ve gifted you all your dead career… .. oh yea plus my royalties, we charge now so that’s about $ 150k x3 a verse.. also house rent and food when u stayed in my house in Atlanta when you were homeless’ he wrote-Team@orientactualmags.com
