DG NILDS Abubakar Sulaiman Mourns Passing Of Khalifatul Tijaniyyah
Director General of the National Institute for Legislative and Democratic Studies (NILDS), Professor Abubakar Olanrewaju Sulaiman has described the death of a prominent leader of the Tijaniyyah Movement, Sheikh Abubakar Yusuf Agbade as a colossal loss to the Muslim Ummah.
Professor Abubakar Olanrewaju Sulaiman in a statement issued in Abuja on Thursday and made available to Team@orientactualmags.com by his Media Aide, Mr  Mohammad Abdulkadri, said he was heartbroken following the shocking news of the death of Sheikh Agbade noting that ‘it’s one death too many in recent times that casts dark clouds on the city of Ilorin’.
With a profound sense of sadness, he said the deceased Islamic cleric has etched his name in the hearts of believers as a strong man of faith, a distinguished cleric, a great scholar in the Islamic evangelical space in Nigeria and beyond.
He said there is a need to pray and ask God Almighty to halt the frequency of death among ‘our esteemed sheikhs in Ilorin’.
