Economic Reforms Have Resulted In Unintended Weight Loss For Nigerians Including Me-President Tinubu

The economic reforms introduced by the current administration in the country have resulted in unintended weight loss for all Nigerians including the leaders, President Bola Tinubu, has submitted.

The president added that the economic reforms being carried out by his administration have been painful while noting that it is affecting every segment of society.

Team@orientactualmags.com learned that the president said this while addressing party leaders and supporters at the Bola Tinubu International Conference Centre, Abuja on Sunday after he was declared winner of the APC presidential primary.

 ‘I know what it takes to reform this nation we met in tatters. If you lost sleep, I’ve lost some too. If you’ve lost weight, I’ve lost some too.  But I’ve always remembered one thing that in 2022, I asked for this job. You all supported me and I got it. So, I must do it’ he said.

President Tinubu, who had 10,999,162 votes, thanked party members across the country for their support.

His co-aspirant, Stanley Osifo, also got 16,503 in the direct primary held on Saturday.

‘I accept with profound humility and gratitude the nomination of our great party, the APC, to stand again as your presidential candidate in the 2027 election.   I  was glued to the television after voting. I saw the mammoth crowd in Kano and Kaduna, the city boy walking the streets of Calabar.

It was a good feeling to see that there was no bloodshed, no rancour. This is politics in earnest.
