EFCC Reportedly Takes Godwin Emefiele Into Custody After His Release From Detention
Former governor of Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, Mr Godwin Emefiele, who had looked forward to breathing the air of freedom since June this year, has had this ending as a mirage.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned that he has been taken into custody by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.
It has also been disclosed that the embattled former CBN governor may have fresh charges preferred against him by the EFCC.
Emefiele had gotten arrested and taken into custody by the Department of State Services in June after he was suspended from his position by President Bola Tinubu.
EFCC officers reportedly arrested him in Abuja on Thursday night, less than one hour after getting allowed to walk free by the Department of State Services-Team@orientactualmags.com
