Gov Adeleke’s Son Alleges Assassination Attempt, Points Finger At Asiri Eniba

Afrobeat singer and songwriter, Mr Adebayo Adeleke, who is popularly called B-Red, has claimed that he escaped an assassination attempt in Osogbo, Osun State capital, on Wednesday evening while pointing the finger at Asiri Eniba, who is alleged to be a political thug and an APC sympathizer.

B-Red, who is the son of Governor Ademola Adeleke, said the incident happened on Wednesday evening at about 3:30 pm in Oke-fia area.

‘As I went out to buy some stuff around Alekuwodo market, I just saw some Okada riders with AMBO’s  baseball caps trying to surround my vehicle at the light-controlled junction under Okefia Bridge. As we tried to move out, we saw a white Toyota Venza coming towards us and the occupants said ‘it is him; It is him’.

As we moved, the Toyota Venza pursued us, trying to force my jeep to a halt. At the same time, multiple motorcycles also joined in the chase. The chase continued until we got to the gate of the Osun State Government House, Oke-fia.

We identified one of the occupants of the vehicle to be Asiri Eniba, a notorious APC thug’ a statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com by the state Commissioner for Information and Public Enlightenment, Barrister Kolapo Alimi quoted B-Red as saying.

The statement noted that the matter has been reported to the police while adding that the state Government has called for the arrest and prosecution of the suspect without delay- Team@orientactualmags.com  Do you have any information you wish to share with us?
