Ibadan Murder Case: Court Sitting Halted As Mukaila ‘Auxiliary’ Collapses In Courtroom
The murder case involving former Chairman of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) in Oyo State, Alhaji Mukaila Lamidi, who is popularly called Auxiliary, came to an abrupt end on Tuesday following a shocking incident.
The murder case with Docket Numbe /74c/2024 which is called ‘The State vs. Mukaila Lamidi (Auxiliary)’ had continued at the Oyo State High Court, Ring Road, Ibadan but got halted after the defendant suddenly collapsed.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned that the presiding judge, Justice Bayo Taiwo halted the court sitting while Alhaji Mukaila Lamidi was quickly rushed to the clinic at the Agodi Correctional Centre, Ibadan for urgent medical attention.
Auxiliary is facing charges bordering on armed robbery, murder, attempted murder, and unlawful possession of firearms.
