N100m Too Small For Me, I’ll Only Get Into The Ring With VeryDarkMan If Prize Money Is Increased To N1b-Portable
Controversial hip-hop act, Habeeb Olalomi Oyegbile, who is popularly called Portable, has rejected the ₦100 million prize money for the proposed boxing match that will involve him and a social media critic, Martins Otse aka VeryDarkMan.
He has submitted that N100 million is too small for him while noting that he will only agree to get into the ring with VeryDarkMan if the prize money is increased to N1 billion.
Recall that the two chaps had for days now engaged in ‘public spat’ which had also featured release of songs with abusive lyrics.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned that Portable, who gave his take on the proposed boxing match in a viral video, said the ₦100 million prize money is insufficient, claiming that he regularly receives such an amount from his fan base.
‘That ₦100m, my fans give it to me. ₦100m is small for me to fight VDM. Let them give me one billion naira, I will fight him and beat him.
If anybody can drop ₦1 billion, I will fight him. Someone you can’t hold, you are now asking me to fight and beat him.
