Osun 2026: Oyebamiji Promises Inclusive Governance As Kunle Adegoke And Supporters Declare Support For His Candidacy In Osogbo

A former Osun State APC guber aspirant, Barrister Kunle Abdul-Rasheed Adegoke (SAN), who is popularly called K-RAD, on Saturday urged all party supporters and loyalists especially members of his campaign team to begin massive sensitization, mobilization and campaign for the party’s gubernatorial candidate, Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji (AMBO).

Barrister Adegoke said it has become imperative for all party loyalists to rise to the occasion by embarking on door-to-door campaign across nooks and crannies of the state to ensure an all-round victory for the party’s guber candidate

A statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com noted that ahead of the August 8, 2026, governorship election, the state APC guber candidate, Asiwaju Bola Oyebamiji has also reassured party members of genuine and even rewards for all if elected governor .

Receiving Oyebamiji, who was led by the state APC Chairman, Sooko Tajudeen Lawal at his campaign office in Osogbo, Barrister Kunle Adegoke disclosed that he and his team have resolved to work for Oyebamiji following his emergence as winner of the party’s guber primary. 

He noted that it is time for every organ of the party to rise and work in unison to ensure Oyebamiji’s victory. 

‘All hands must be on deck to work for the victory of the party’s candidate, Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji AMBO. This is a collective effort to rescue our state. I am an actor, I don’t give up but I know quite alright that in any contest, one person must emerge.

So, I appeal to all of you to see Oyebamiji as our next governor and work assiduously for his electoral victory. I have met with him before and we have discussed how to ensure his victory. We have resolved that he is our candidate and he is going to lead our party to victory’ he added. 

Barrister Adegoke urged Oyebamiji to welcome everyone with open arms as no effort must be spared to accommodate all and bring everyone on board in the quest to ensure his victory. 

In his remarks, Oyebamiji thanked Barrister Adegoke for his genuine passion and love for the party, saying ‘you have been there for all in the party and we pray that God will continue to strengthen and reward you bountifully’.

‘This coming government is for all. We are not going discriminate. I am going to run all inclusive and participatory government. 

We are going to integrate and harmonize all the groups to achieve our collective goal. In all, let’s continue to be prayerful and do all within our power to ensure victory for our party and return APC to government on August 8th this year. I have firm belief that our victory has been granted and guaranteed by Almighty Allah’ he said. 

Earlier, APC State Chairman, Sooko Tajudeen Lawal applauded Barrister Adegoke for his steadfastness, consistency and immense contributions to the growth and development of the party. 

Tajudeen, who acknowledged the firm and total commitment of K-RAD movement to working in unison for the victory of the party, urged all the leaders and members of the party to return to their units, wards and local governments for genuine mobilization and campaign for the party. 

In his short remarks, former Speaker of the state House of Assembly, Hon. Timothy Owoeye urged APC members in the state to remain resolute and work collectively for the party’s victory.
