Popular Actor Sisi Qadri Dies 1 Year After Mum’s Death…Gov Adeleke Offers Condolences, Calls Him ‘Great Talent’

A popular actor, who was known by all as an effeminate man, Tolani Qadri Oyebamiji aka Sisi Qadri ,is dead.
He has died one year after his mother’s death. Qadri’s mother died on February 22 ,2023. Sisi Quadri has died at the age of 44.
‘You were the best friend I have ever had mom. You will always be in my heart. I can’t believe you’re no more. I miss you, mummy’ he had submitted in his tribute to his late mother.
Sisi Qadri , a fashion designer, a skit maker, and an actor , will be best remembered for being an effeminate man and for taking up the role of a man that regularly used abusive language.
He became popular after featuring in a movie titled ‘Seranko Seniyan’ which was released on December 4,2004.
He was given the nickname ‘Sisi Qadri’ by Alhaja Yinka Oluaye ,who introduced him to makeup and acting.
An actress , Abiola Bayo, disclosed the news of his death via an Instagram post on Friday.
‘You will be greatly missed, Sisi Quadri. May your soul rest in perfect peace’ Bayo wrote.
Regina Chukwu has also revealed that Sisi Qasri was her boss ‘Most people don’t know but yes, I trained under him as a make-up artist on set for years’ she submitted.
The news of Sisi Qadri’s death had since given birth to an outpouring of grief and condolences.
Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun state has submitted that the news of Qadri’s death was shocking and devastating.
The governor in a statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com by his spokesperson, Mallam Olawale Rasheed said Sisi Quadri was a delight to watch on the screen, radiating homes with laughter through his style of acting.
He commiserated with his immediate family, especially his aged father, Alhaji Oyebamiji, the people of Iwoland and the nation’s entertainment industry, urging them to take solace in the fact that he lived a life of impacts, particularly in the acting profession.
“‘Tolani Quadri Oyebamiji (aka Sisi Quadri) was a delight to watch in movies. He was a great talent that illuminated homes and imparted valuable messages. With his demise, the memory of the wonderful moments he created on the scenes, and more, the comical relief he inspired through his works will reverberate for years.
I mourn his loss knowing well the great talent that is gone. I extend my heartfelt condolences to his immediate family, the people of Iwoland, the movie industry, and everyone touched by this devastating experience.
It is my sincere prayer that they get the strength to bear the hard moment his passing represents.
