Senate Confirmation: Olowu Congratulates Army Chief Olufemi Oluyede, Urges Support For Military
Olowu of Kuta, HRM, Oba Dr Hammed Adekunle Oyelude Makama, Tegbosun 111, has congratulated Lt Gen Olufemi Olatunbosun Oluyede on his senate confirmation as substantive Chief of Army Staff.
Recall that the Nigerian Senate held confirmation hearing for Lt General Olufemi Oluyede yesterday.
Oba Makama, in a statement issued by his media office and made available to Team@orientactualmags.com submitted that Lt Gen Oluyede possesses the requisite experience and track record, having traversed the length and breadth of Nigeria at various times manning strategic position as a senior officer
Olowu also congratulated President Bola Tinubu for choosing Lt Gen Oluyede as the new Army Chief after the death of General Taoreed Lagbaja, adding that this will further strengthen the military to tackle the security challenges confronting the nation.

He, however, urged Nigerians to continue to support the Nigerian military in order to rid the country of undesirable elements and those fanning the ember of discord across the country.
