Sheikh Dahiru Bauchi Not Dead, He’ll Attend Event In Kaduna Tomorrow-Family Member
Contrary to the rumours promoted on social media on Wednesday, Sheikh Dahiru Usman-Bauchi, who is a very popular Islamic cleric in the country, is not dead, one of his family members, has said.
Sheikh Usman-Bauchi , a prominent leader of the Tijjaniyya Movement , was said to have died in the early hours of Wednesday.
However, one of his family members, Sanusi Dahiru, has not only asserted that the Islamic cleric is alive but also submitted that the 97-year-old Sheikh Dahiru is hale and hearty .
Team@orientactualmags.com learned that he added that the Sheikh would be attending an Islamic event in Kaduna tomorrow.
‘We spoke with him and he is very fine, he is in Abuja this morning.
Sheikh Dahiru-Bauchi will leave Abuja for Kaduna tomorrow (Thursday) for the closing ceremony of the annual Qur’an Tafsir, where he was represented by his son, Dr Sulumbai Dahiru.
So, people and admirers should disregard the rumours that Sheikh Dahiru Usman-Bauchi is dead.
