Tactical Political Team Presents Lekan Adewoye’s ‘Value Proposition’ During Meeting With Ifelodun LG Stakeholders At Monarchs Hotel

The Tactical Political Team rooting for Prince Lekan Adewoye ahead of the 2027 General Election held a political dialogue and consultation meeting with stakeholders in Ifelodun Local Government, Kwara State on Monday during which they presented his ‘value proposition’.

A statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com on Wednesday noted that Prince Lekan Adewoye, who is the Founder of the Lekan Adewoye Foundation (LAF) and the Chairman of the Basic Metal, Iron and Steel Sectoral Group of the Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN), received overwhelming endorsement and commendations for his leadership and philanthropy during the meeting held at Monarchs Hotel, Ifelodun local government which was attended by key political leaders, community stakeholders, and grassroots representatives.

The statement added that it was a forum for engagement, policy discussion, and a review of local security concerns while also providing Prince Adewoye the opportunity to restate his commitment to serving the people of Kwara South.

 He also shared his vision for inclusive development during the meeting.

Hon. Kayode Towoju, who spoke on behalf of Prince Adewoye’s tactical political team, described him as a man of vision, integrity, and compassion while also praising his ‘impressive educational background, commendable antecedents, and far-reaching philanthropic initiatives especially through the Lekan Adewoye Foundation’.

‘Prince Adewoye has consistently demonstrated a heart for the people. His foundation has supported education, healthcare, and youth empowerment across Kwara South’ he added.

Elder Oyin Zubair, a respected stakeholder in Ifelodun local government, commended Prince Adewoye’s philanthropic gestures while also describing him as a household name when it comes to community development.

He pledged his support and that of other attendees of the meeting for Adewoye’s  senate bid while however calling attention to the worsening security situation in the local government.

He urged Prince Adewoye to complement the efforts of the federal and state governments by providing financial and logistical support that will help to tackle insecurity in the local government

The statement noted that the meeting was attended by Chief M.T. Lawal,  Hon. Jide Ashonibare, former  chairman, Transition Implementation Committee (TIC), Ifelodun local government,  Architect Abubakar Lukman, APC Chairman, Ifelodun LGA,  Hon. AGF Salahudeen, who represents Omupo State Constituency in  Kwara State House of Assembly, Alhaja Barakat Atunshe and others.

In their separate speeches, they lauded Prince Adewoye for his consistent philanthropic work and meaningful contribution to tackling insecurity in the Ifelodun axis and Kwara South in general and they all pledged their unflinching support for his senate bid, describing this as a timely and much-needed step for the socio-economic progress of the senatorial  district.

Giving his speech, Prince Lekan Adewoye said his political pursuit and engagement in political activity are grounded in his strong moral upbringing, values of service, and a deep-rooted desire to impact lives positively, noting that his upbringing has shaped his sense of responsibility and spurred his dedication to humanitarian causes.

‘I was raised to believe in the value of community and to never forget the roots from which I came. Through the Lekan Adewoye Foundation, I have tried to give back as much as possible, whether in education, health, or security’ he said.

Prince Lekan Adewoye thanked all the attendees of the meeting for their unwavering support and in response to the concerns raised about insecurity, he pledged to provide financial assistance and collaborate with relevant security agencies to enhance safety and peace in Ifelodun local government and surrounding areas.

‘I am not just here to speak; I am here to act. I will contribute financially and strategically to the fight against insecurity in our communities’ he assured.
